We congratulate our first-ever Jacobs Business Fellows: Claire Markham, Hady Barry, and Nancy Cao. They are graduating today from their MBA Entrepreneurship Career Program at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Hady will be joining the Jacobs Foundation’s office in Abidjan over the summer to work on impact investment within the Transforming Education in Cocoa Communities program. She will then return to San Francisco to join FSG, one of the leading social impact consulting firms.

Claire will be working for Amazon in Seattle as a Senior Product Manager. At Amazon, she will gain experience with e-commerce and supply chain to support her longer-term career objective of working in supply chain sustainability in the retail space. She plans to use her social impact background to strengthen supply chains from a human rights and environmental perspective.

Nancy has founded her own start-up Peerkat, creating a professional development home for freelancers aiming to build sustainable and thriving businesses. She plans to invest her time and energy in growing her own business and advising other entrepreneurs.

We are honoured to have had these three inspiring women pilot our fellowship program and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours. We look forward to staying connected online and offline through our Talent Network.

The idea of the fellowship program is to support talented students and to build up a network of future opinion leaders and decision makers who are able to move between the corporate, public and non-profit sectors. The fellowship program is part of the comprehensive Jacobs Talent Network.
